RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Don't absolutely love your new purchase? No problem! Mulco Watches Australia will happily offer you an exchange, online credit or refund of your item/s within 14 days of purchase.

If you change your mind on any purchase, provided:

• You have proof of purchase
• Products were purchased at full price 
• Products are returned in original unworn and undamaged condition and in with original tags


Please note: unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange, online credit or refund on sale items or items purchased using a discount code (unless 
warranty exceptions or items wrongly described).


All watches are subject to inspection. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer an exchange, online store or refund if the watches are not in original unworn and undamaged condition. 

Other non-returnable items:

- Items not in unworn, original condition including the tax invoice
- Items that have scratches, missing parts or other marks on them what were not present prior to shipping
- Items returned after 14 days
- Gift cards

If you would like to arrange a refund or exchange please follow these three simple steps:

1. Contact us at info@mulco.com.au to advise what you would like to do (an exchange, online credit or refund)
2. Purchase a Box from Australia Post
3. Place the item/s you wish to return/exchange in the Box.
4. Hold on to the tracking number provided by Australia Post so you can then send it to us. Unfortunately Mulco Watches Australia cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit.

Once the Mulco team receives your return/exchange this will be processed with priority.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund postal expenses incurred for returns (unless warranty exceptions or items wrongly described). 


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@mulco.com.au.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded however they can be happily exchanged for another item/s or a credit note. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
